Hi I just got my touchpad. I was trying to download WebOS doctor.
I went toLogged into my account. It sees my device on as a HP touchpad.
I click on Device Options and hit Get Web OS doctor and then I get taken to another screen with says:My model # is FB454UT#ABA. I am not sure if it is model specific problem. Most models sold by HP were FB355UT#ABA. Any help will be great. Thanks.Error: Sorry, that is not a valid serial number.To get webOS Doctor:Pick Again1. Log into your Palm Profile2. Click 'Device Options'3.
Click 'webOS Doctor' 4. Follow the steps to run the software.
It will reset your device and install the latest version of webOS.
